  On a very busy rainy day they completed the job faster then estimated. I will go back when i have to fix another windshield.

  Impeccable work They replaced my windshield with an original one because it was broken and they exceeded my expectations. It's as if it had never been damaged He added before and after photos

  Costumer service in the beginning was great but then nothing but down hill from there. Spoke with someone on Sunday to get a appointment to replace my windshield. Everything went smooth until the day of service. Something told me call safelife because I never received a text about my appointment. After speaking with someone on the phone I have been told my insurance put a hold on my order. After speaking with my insurance company they did not do anything to the order no hold nothing it was sched as is. Call safelife back and they are blaming everything on my insurance. Once speaking to someone and getting everything fix they were able to get me in the next day. I take my car to safelife in town for my appointment, once I got the there customer service was great! But once they were finished with my vehicle the tech came and THREW my car keys at me on the counter (this is very rude) and the tech spoke so lightly under his breath what not to do with my car and walked away. After looking at my car once the work was done I notice huge gaps in my trunk that was not there before. I take it back to safelife and they said that my car was already like that, which is was not like that when I drop off my car. I even took it back to the dealership for them to check it out and it is not placed back together the right now. Now we have bad weather and my car on the inside is getting ruined from the rain and now having to play phone tag with customer service to get to the bottom of this. I was not happy with my end results of the car.
