  National is the only car rental agency I will use. Every single city and location I have visited has made me feel welcome and appreciated. I have never had an issue with a rental. I highly recommend National, not just because of the ease of renting, but even more so because of the quality customer service they provide! A++++ to National👍🏼

  Although this was an unconventional check in, this was an overall great experience. You can’t head directly to the garage as an Emerald Club member. You MUST stop at the counter to check in, identify yourself and the process goes smoothly thereafter. No paperwork , as your reservation details have already been addressed in the reservation app. You’re assigned a parking spot once you confirm what you would like to drive. You head outside to the right of the doors, outside, and head to the garage. Find your parking spot. Easy peasy. Again, unconventional, but it’s not the end of the world. I now know what to expect when I visit this airport in the future. Great job team.
