- ALAlexis LittlefootJul 30, 20261.0Staff is rude and lies to you, even if you have full coverage insurance. I have a brand new car which was involved in an accident last week. I scheduled an estimate appointment on the website the same day as my accident. They immediately called me no less than 5 mins later saying that slot wasn’t available to do estimates. Well why have it as an option to book if not? Then she rudely told me they don’t work with my insurance company that the company has to do their own estimate. I’ve always been taught get your own estimate just in case which is what I was trying to do. Finally they agree to accept the time I have rightfully booked. After that I’m hassling my insurance to get them what they need to start my repair because this is the only place the manufacturer lists to use. My insurance agent calls me and says this center is out of network for your repair. When I was told last week that they still work on my car it’s “just a different process”. My insurance tells me to call them and I do and the collision center says that my insurance company is lying so at this point I’m super upset as all I’m hearing is with full coverage I have to risk voiding my brand new car’s warranty by going somewhere that is not certified to work on my cause cause again this is the only shop that shows up on the manufacturers collision repair search IN THE STATE. I’m overly frustrated and being told several different things by multiple people. After talking to my insurance again and getting to understanding. This collision center calls me and tells me they aren’t taking my car at all… when I asked why I was rudely hung up on. So now I can’t get my car fixed.
