  I had a rear end accident few days ago. I chose the Kentucky Collision Center on South Broadway to fix my vehicle. They did an excellent job. They are professional, respectful, friendly, and caring. The front desk is very nice too. They replaced the broken items with oem and the painting comes with lifetime warranty. My vehicle was returned way before the promised date. I'm happy with their service, and I recommend others to have their cars repaired with the kentucky collision center.

  Great work, the exterior looks flawless, and the car was even washed and the inside swept out. I should get my car hit more often! Jk. Initially I was nervous, this place is the sole repair shop for my car's make, but they didn't use that as an excuse, the work was done early and the vehicle looks factory-new.

  Should be zero stars. They received my car when I was out of the country and couldn’t call so when I got back I called for an update immediately when I questioned anything the lady on the phone took a smart tone called back a week or 2 later and when I questioned what I was told I was met with the same rude attitude. I then get the car back and see they did not manage the clean all the glass up that they charged for they also only rekeyed one of my doors so I had to take time out of my week and come up there to have that fixed when it was convenient for them. Fast forward to now with the recent rain I have discovered my windshield wipers are not functioning properly (they replaced several things in the steering column including wiper switch) I call and ask to speak to whose in charge and of course he’s too busy and will call back I explain my concerns and issues to the lady to relay to him and I still have not got a call back. This place sucks I will be reporting all this to my insurance who paid them I would pick anywhere else to take your vehicle because they are awful

  Fast repair. 2 weeks ahead of projected completion. 10/10 on the results of the repair. I don’t have to take my Tesla to Louisville or Cincy. And they are Tesla authorized. Work done was body repair and windshield change from a branch that fell off on the car.
