- TDTracy Dip3 days ago5.0KY Collision Center was not the least expensive quote I received. However, Jessica did a great job inspecting my vehicle more thoroughly than the others to ensure she quoted everything necessary to make all repairs when the parts arrived versus keeping my car longer in the event more parts might be needed. She also provided a thorough explanation of all necessary repairs and all details about what to expect once repairs started. The office communicated very well through the whole process and, in the end, my car looks like new after repairs were made. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again, of the need arises.
- ZGZachary GuySep 30, 20261.0I brought my car here after a fender bender. They only took photos of it, ran them through an AI tool, and came back with a huge number of labor hours that pushed the estimate into total loss territory. No one really dug into the car or looked at what it needed. I took it to another shop that actually inspected it and repaired it the right way, so it clearly never needed to be written off. If you go here, get a second opinion before you accept a total loss.
- PTPam ThomasSep 28, 20265.0Received excellent repair and paint service on my 2024 Audi Q5. Work was done in a timely manner and ongoing communication during the repair process was superb. Their customer service made me feel as though I was a priority and prized customer. A rarity these days! I highly recommend if you require collision repair work on your vehicle!
- JCJames CoxSep 25, 20265.0Just had the best experience. Wrecked my truck driving from Cincinnati to Knoxville. They helped me straighten out my bumper right before closing so I could get back home. Thank you so very much 🙏
