Nick was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely courteous throughout the entire process. He explained things clearly, answered questions directly, and created a strong sense that the shop was being run well and with high standards. What stood out most was his professionalism and competence. Good management is noticeable, and it clearly reflects in the overall customer experience at this location. Ken Towery’s is fortunate to have someone like Nick representing the company.

Both the dealership inspection and my personal mechanic’s inspection came back clean, but I’m always cautious about being taken advantage of at commercial auto shops. Travis called to let me know my oil change was completed and that my car looked great. I truly appreciate the excellent service and, most importantly, the honesty and integrity. Thank you! The only downside is that the woman who handles the front desk isn’t very helpful. My boyfriend took his vehicle here and had the same experience with her. She ignores customers and acts as if customers are nuisances. One of the mechanics asked if she could see if another mechanic could pull my vehicle around, because he was helping another customer, and she just flat out ignored him. So we stood outside for 7 minutes waiting for my vehicle to be pulled around.

They even finished the job by dinner time. Even with a mechanic shortage! I believe they were dedicated to giving me a First rate experience!
