- PDPatti DeWitt3 days ago5.0Travis showed me excellent customer service. He replaced my tire sensors promptly.
- MSMelissa Sloan3 days ago5.0Staff was friendly and professional. Had to order the part, so it took 2 visits. I have used this location several times with another car and it is always clean and relatively comfortable waiting area.
- SSSally SallyOct 4, 20265.0I had an incredible experience at this repair shop! I had purchased an ignition coil intending to replace it myself, but hit a wall and brought it in for help. The technician was amazingly kind and stepped in to help me replace it within just a few minutes, completely free of charge! Their honesty and genuine willingness to help really moved me. This level of customer care is so rare these days. They have definitely earned a customer for life, and this shop will be my absolute first choice for any future car repairs or maintenance. Highly recommended!
- MYMelanie YankeyOct 2, 20265.0The person I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a time estimate and was right on the money.
- ESEvan SpencerSep 24, 20263.0They fixed the serpentine belt by replacing a pulley that disintegrated, and that is perfect. However, it had a PO508 upper throttle body issue and they thought that the serpentine belt would resolve the issue, but it did not so I will have to take it back in. They also were supposed to change the oil, but it doesn’t indicate on the papers that they gave me that the oil was changed so I will have to come in and check on that. So basically, they did not resolve all the issues.
