- DCDavid Crutcher2 days ago3.0I was charged $280 for two Sway bar end links that cost $35 online, shop supply fee of $37.26, plus an hour of labor for a total of $450. I understand markup but this was too much. When I brought it to the managers attention (James) he said "I'm just a manager, whatever the register brings up is what it is". Other than the cost I think they did good work from what I can tell.

- MPMindy PJun 16, 20264.0Called to get two new tires for my 07 Endeavor. I had gotten brand new ones in 2025 installed and the front 2 have visible thres. After getting an appointment the jext morning I was informed & even shown by a mechanic that the front control arms are bad. I understand, I do have an older vehicle with 245k miles on her. The main person working the counter, James, was awesome & blunt. I didn't feel pressured about a "full list" of what I need to fix on my truck. Im am calling around on pricing but more than likely Ill go back there to get this issue fixed.

It’s going to cost me $600 to fix something they should have done right in the first place. They told me to bring the car in so they could see what they could do, but I’m not taking it back to a place where people don’t know how to do their job properly.
