  Got in in a timely manner .Plugged my tire and courteous staff ..Just felt like the price was a little steep but overall a great experience..I was in panic mode and they were definitely there to help get me back on the road on Mother's Day. My Second time there

  I had several problems going on with my car. Adam was very helpful, he explained what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. He let me know the price before doing any work. I didn't personally meet the mechanic but everyone was friendly. When I have problems I will definitely call Ken Towery's on Nicholasville Rd. Thank you for making me worry free.

  Took a vehicle here that we bought from Carvana due to a SilverRock Insurance claim. Adam was awesome during the phone call (Thursday) to get us set up for the appointment next day. Arrived at the appointment and was taken care of by the Store Manager, James. James and his team confirmed and actually identified more issues from our initial and a separate companies inspection, he tried his best to get SilverRock to approve the claims that he pushed through because the car was technically unsafe to drive. At the end of the day SilverRock denied all claims after James tried and tried again to convince them to cover the claims associated with the vehicle, which the snake of a warranty company still denied... so I walked out of there with a vehicle that was not repaired, but the best thing is that James, Adam, and their team saved us about $20k and we initiated a vehicle return immediately after walking out of Ken Towery. Thank you again James, Adam and the rest of KT on Nicholasville Rd.

  Had a flat tire. Went to them. They told me they would see if they could fix it or if I needed a new tire. Friendly service, James is wonderful. Clean. Was in and out in no time. Highly recommend

  Thank you Adam and Barrett for helping us! You both did so much to help us get our car fixed same day in order for us to make it back home to SC! You were pleasant and went above and beyond to get us parts needed and service done in a pinch.
