  I visited this location about a month ago. I kept losing air from a tire but didn’t know why. I was greeted by Cecil and he was so helpful. He came out and looked at my tire and found a nail. He got me right in and patched within 10-15 min. I’m not sure what the guys name was that fixed it but he brought the nail to me so I could see what the problem was. I appreciate them not trying to sell me on something else and he and Cecil being so friendly. I will definitely visit this location for any issues I have in the future. Thanks again.

  I had a flat tire last night and needed a tire change. Mr. Cecil took care of me before closing. He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful in walking me through what the problem was. They got me fixed up immediately in the morning and I didn’t have to take any work off. I appreciate Mr. Cecil’s efforts and his team. They truly went above and beyond. Will be coming back!

  This was my 2nd visit to this location. I returned because my first experience was very positive as far as customer service, convenience, etc. This was for a different issue and again, customer service in some aspect was fantastic. The mechanic was about to leave but said he'd stay and do what I needed which was so kind! However I needed to return the next day. I was quoted a certain price and told I could come at the same time the next day. I came the next day and there was a different front desk person, she said her mechanic was about to leave-he saw me and said he'd stay and take care of it. I was not made aware that there is only one person for certain jobs and this is hours before close-if I knew this I would have made every effort to come earlier! The mechanic was wonderful and kind. However, the sheet I was told would stay on the counter did not have my quoted price and the working manager said she could not give it to me. She said she tried calling her GM in front of me but that he was sick and wouldn't answer-he didn't. I did receive a small discount but not the quoted price. I chose to stay and pay, as I'd kept the mechanic. Both days the service manager on duty acted a bit odd, the first person had my car details wrong and I was getting the "little lady vibe" which is partially fair, but I do think I know what car I drive. The second person was defensive and on a personal call most of the time. It was just odd. I'm not sure I'd return, but the mechanic was great and seemed thorough so...I'd just try and be very sure of cost, etc.
