  To tell you the truth, I’ve always been happy with the service I got. I’ve been a customer for many years. I must tell you that I’m No longer using you guys for my vehicles. The things that I like most about the company you’ve done away with. You have a centralize phone service now. I could go to a dealership to get that. Also, don’t like receiving these reviews all the time here I’m a business owner. I don’t have time for this sort of thing. What you’ve done is you’ve taken local locations and made in this corporate thing. You’ve taken businesses that will run by local managers and taking the store out of their hands. I’ve taken my business to another shop that I’ve been using.. Strangely enough, there are a lot like he used to be. I hope you think about this thing for a minute. I’ve seen many companies have serious troubles after they forget what they were.

  The people you have there are WORLD CLASS!! The advisors, especially Steve Donovan are the best I’ve ever dealt with and I’m 66 years old! The technicians are meticulous to a fault! I would suggest corporate spend some money on upgrades to the showroom, service/cashier desk, customer lounge and restroom. Your people are AWESOME…wouldn’t think of going anywhere else as long as they’re there. They’ve serviced my 2021 ford Ranger since it was brand new, it has 167000 miles and it still performs like new thanks to them!!
