- SSshakeea Scott1 day ago5.0I only come to this specific location because the managers and mechanics actually KNOW what they’re doing. Never disappoint. Although I hate paying a diagnosis fee but it’s absolutely worth it so I can know what’s going on with my vehicle!
- MTMatthew Tabb3 days ago5.0Quick in and out of service for flat tire. Steve and his team are the best in the business and I will continue to bring my cars to this location.
- CSCandy SmithOct 4, 20265.0This weekend has been an adventure with the tire situation. Caught a flat from a bungee on 64 East. Roadside put on my spare. Drove to Lexington got it patched. Lasted a day and tire was flat again. After riding the donut back to Lexington, we found KenTire& Auto. They got it figured out. Jessica is truly in the right place, and does a great job keeping everyone together. Got a good one there. Thanks again! Update: I contacted them because when I got home my husband noticed they did not put my Toyota center cap back on. I never got a call back and I will make sure to leave a BBB review.
- KSKaren SpicerSep 30, 20263.0I took car in to have tire checked. It was not repairable. I got the tire replaced. Had a different tire loosing air they checked it said it was fine. It's not fine. Still loosing air. Unhappy about that.
- LKLiv KleinSep 21, 20265.0I Didn’t have a tool for my locking lug bolts and they managed to get the bolt off anyway with no extra charge (and gave me a new one!) Front desk lady was so nice and welcoming and explained the charge of everything and left me with no questions. Definitely recommend anyone to go here for any tire repair/ replacement needs!!
