He has attempted to ease my anxiety by answering my phone calls with questions I have had. He is a good one! Intoxalock, Frances was extremely calming before my installation. Only disappointment so far is once the devise was i nstalled I am no longer able to reach Frances. I am not saying it is her fault I just understood it as she would help me though this stress for a little bit after installation. Intoxalock has made me feel that I am now on my own to navigate as I try to the right thing with this situation. I am one of the good ones but I can't grasp the blowing procedure.
