  This company has change with its staff!!! Been a loyal customer for years here. Now this company has lost my business for straight up lying stated the vehicle need up and lower control arms and ball joints. When further research on my end from google and also taking it to a different machine both stated the suv had struts which means it doesn’t have upper and lower ball joins. So before you get anything done at this shop especially is your older and a female make sure you double check them on your vehicle oem products and items needed for the job. This staff will lie to you in your face and make a billing statement up with product that are not even for your vehicle. Research your mechanic as well as

  I went to Goodyear at 396 Southland drive in Lexington Kentucky today for a simple oil change. When I came to pick my car up they informed me that all 3 of my break lights were out, and that it would be $150 dollars. I drive daily and watch my break lights go off every time that I lock my vehicle. I also back out of my drive way in the dark every morning and night and see the red break lights when doing so. I have had multiple friends follow my car within the last week who saw my lights working, and had an oil change 2 months ago where they checked my lights with absolutely no issues. They took my lights out and replaced them with blown bulbs. When I confronted them with this they got defensive, and rude and refused to provide footage and asked me to provide footage of my lights working. I’m honestly in disbelief right now. Absolutely do not go there unless you want to be stolen from

  They tried to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of services that I didn't need. The manager was condescending to add to the experience.
