  Rented a Chevy Silverado. I refueled at Speedway 911 Beaumont Centre Pkwy, Lexington, KY 40513. Went to dinner at Malone's (1.3 miles away), slept in Beaumont Centre right behind gas station then headed to the airport in the morning (3.2 miles). I noticed on my Enterprise bill a "REFUELING CHARGE" for $4.04 which infuriated me. Not about the cost, it's the principle. How did I get charged for ONE gallon of gas and I returned it with a full tank (minus ~6 miles)? What I "think" happened... The digital gas gauge looks empty when it's 100% full, yet "range" should be present right above it. I'll give benefit of the doubt that dealing with so many cars, range perhaps was overlooked. This prompted someone to get into the (left running) vehicle and drive to a gas station. They began pumping and in mere seconds the gas clicked off. This is about 1 gallon so it is really just secondsss we are talking here. Likely tried to pump again and it clicked off again. They then realized the case. Yet, that didn't stop them from trying to slip it onto my bill. Again, the principle. Customer Service did end up removing it, but shame on you for trying to pass the buck of a mistake to a customer.

  To Enterprise Car Rental Company at Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky, I was very disappointed with my recent rental in August of 2026 at Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky. When I booked the vehicle, the total was supposed to be $577. BUT, when I returned the rental truck, you had my car towed. When I asked about it, the Enterprise employee told me to get an Uber to take me to pick it up along with the phone number of the towing company. I asked to speak to a manager about this situation. The employee called a manager who said that it had been towed. The manager did not respond to me despite my request to speak with him. I had to drive over to the towing company and pay $884 to get my car back! I tried to call customer service, but I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then a message stated that my phone call could not be processed. I did not receive any help or assistance with my concerns. I do expect a refund for these extra charges. I have rented from Enterprise before and never had this issue. This has been the WORST vehicle rental experience ever. Enterprise employees offered no alternative solutions to assist with their decision to have my car towed. I wasted my time asking for help and the additional trip I had to make to the towing company ruined my plans. Do not rent from Enterprise Rental located at Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky.

  Booked an suv for a visit and upon arrival we were told they did not have any suvs. We were offered an alternative that came with a gas waiver coupon (we were told to return the car with as little gas as possible if wanted, as we wouldnt be charged for it due to the inconvenience). Returning it, I recieved the bill that includes a section showing we were charged for gas.
