The vehicles I’ve received here appear poorly maintained — several seemed like they’d been sitting unused for months, with dirty interiors, squeaky windows, and signs they were overdue for oil changes. Despite my status, the overall quality and cleanliness have consistently fallen short of expectations.

The tall service technician apologized for our inconvenience and submitted a request to reimburse us for the cost. All very nice a such a difference from the confusion in Atlanta.

My flight was delayed three hours, and Taylor actually called to check on me and make sure everything was okay. When I finally landed at 1 AM, they were both there waiting. They were so friendly, compassionate, and understanding about my situation. After a long travel day, their kindness truly gave me peace of mind. This level of customer service is rare, and they went above and beyond. Thank you, Taylor and Richard, for turning a stressful travel situation into such a positive experience! 5 STARS!
