  zero stars,most terrible experience i ever had.I always rented cars from enterprise before.After this terrible experience i will never rent from enterprise again.

  I reserved a crossover and they didn’t have one which I was upset but i was going to make it work. Then Nathan while helping me with an attitude saying hold on ima go help this next customer while he should have been helping me. Then I had to wait until he got done with the next customer. Then while I was telling him I felt like that was rude he said I gave you a discount no you had to lower the price bc it was a smaller vehicle. I have always used this place and I have never had any issues until now. I ask him was my money not as good as the other people that had reserved a car?

  If you need a rental, I highly recommend the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch on Winchester Road in Lexington. When I call for a pick up, the manager sends someone out to pick me up which they do in a very timely manner. I am driven back to the store safely and they processed the rental effectively and efficiently. Upon my return, they drove me home safely and efficiently processed the rental return and made sure I got an emailed receipt so I could claim the charges on my expenses without delay, I appreciate this team very much and look forward to our interactions whenever I rent from the Winchester Road/Lexington KY Enterprise branch.
