  Customer service was not bad and I was in and out quickly. However, I was flipping through the dashboard menu and noticed the rear passenger's side tire pressure was 82!!! The front two were around 45 which is already 12 over the manufacturer's recommended PSI. I think someone at Enterprise confused psi with percentage and tried to get it to 100. But man, at 82 the tire SHOULD HAVE exploded on the highway.

  Awful service. Enterprise customer service would tell me false information and sent me to the Winchester rd location to pick up a new rental. The manager named Matt at this location was extremely rude, raising his voice at us and speaking over us and not allowing us to explain the situation; he figured he already knew the solution. He did have the correct information, and he relayed that information whilst talking down to us. He told the customer service lady on the phone right in front of me “I’ve ready told them several times” while knowing well and certain that someone else was giving us opposite information. I was also on hold for an hour before showing up, when I mentioned that no one would answer to save us a trip he responded with “we don’t answer the phones” . There you go folks, don’t waste your time calling. Awful service from Matt, and a terrible representation of the great service we usually encounter with enterprise.

  There was a small misunderstanding with my booking at pickup and the employee helping me as well as the manager on duty who he reached out to for assistance went above and beyond to figure out a solution for me. They did so proactively and without making a big deal of it. Beyond that, they clearly communicated, and made the pick up process efficient, even on a busy Sunday morning. I don't rent cars too often, and this is not the nearest rental location to my home but I will drive the extra 20 minutes when I need to again.

  We needed to rent a big vehicle for my family to travel down to Florida from Kentucky for my wife's father's 75th birthday party. Online, you couldn't tell exactly what type of van you were renting; it just said something like a Ford Transit van, so I booked that months ago. About a month after booking, someone from Enterprise contacted me to confirm the reservation and discuss our needs. Upon further discussion, they suggested their Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. They explained it was a slight upgrade but would fit our family much better. I told them that if it was available, I'd love to have it, so they put a note in the system. The week before our trip, I called to see if the Mercedes van would be available. They weren't sure and said it didn't look like it, but they would let us know if it came in. When the day of our trip arrived and I went to pick up the vehicle, I fully expected to get the Ford Transit. Instead, they pulled around the Mercedes-Benz van. It completely exceeded our expectations: a really nice drive, extremely clean and well-groomed inside and out, and just a great vehicle overall. We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience and the outstanding service from everyone at Enterprise. I will definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

  Cade at Enterprise on Winchester saved us from a very uncomfortable ride! We are on a trip driving from GA to MI. Yesterday, after having an issue with a different car rental, we went to an Enterprise in Atlanta, where we were able to get a sedan, however we really needed a larger car (3 adults, 2 teenagers). We drove in the sedan all the way to Lexington, stayed in a hotel for the night and then went to enterprise at the airport. That location was close even though all the other rental companies were open. We found this Enterprise and they were able to get us in a minivan! Not only did they have the perfect car, everything was done super quickly and diligently. Cade was fantastic with everything, very professional and helpful. We were finally able to relax once we knew they had something for us. We told them we would take the van dirty as we really did not care as long as we had more room but they still cleaned to the best of their ability in the short amount of time we had and it’s perfect. The other employees we met were also great and a big thank you to those who cleaned the car! As the adult stuck in the backseat with the teens, I thank you all at that enterprise for helping us and helping me keep my sanity for the second half of the ride to MI!
