  I am extremely disappointed with this location. I reserved a full-size car and called ahead to confirm it, using my corporate account. Upon arrival, the staff didn't have the reserved vehicle and switched the contract to a standard Volkswagen Jetta without any proactive solutions or upgrades. Since I had a nine-hour drive ahead of me and no other real options, I was forced to take it. The manager refused to adjust the rate to reflect the downgrade to a standard class, applying a mere $15 token discount on a $370 rental. This is completely unacceptable business etiquette, especially for a corporate client.

  Savannah and Owen are stellar representatives of Enterprise and should pride themselves on Customer Service. Of importance: Recommend the roadside assistance offering because the GPS can take you down some very desolate / remote, and areas where no one may locate you for a long time. Also, get the key fob battery tested because mine went "low" and the car alarm will go off everytime you leave the car (sorry everyone in Lexington, Kentucky who was sleeping that night). And lastly, there is alot of road construction going on, so recommend driving slower than the posted Speed sign and exercise caution / stay vigilant of the abundance of deer you can see eating on the sides of the highway, particularly at night. I avoided two near occassions of hitting deer because I had the high beams on, saw the deer and the deer saw me (and took off in the opposite directions). They were everywhere! Lastly, have the important Enterprise phone numbers readily available beforehand, especially for the roadside assistance.

  We had an emergency situation requiring a car rental to continue traveling home. The staff at Enterprise in Lexington, KY on Winchester Road were amazing. It was a holiday weekend and most rental companies were closed. Not only were they open, they had vehicles available for immediate rental. We were able to get back on the road quickly and return the vehicle in our home state. Great customer service on both ends! We returned the vehicle in Okemos, MI.

  zero stars,most terrible experience i ever had.I always rented cars from enterprise before.After this terrible experience i will never rent from enterprise again.
