  The best thing Enterprise could have done would be to just tell me no. Instead they lied to me and went home for the day. My family was stuck on the side of the highway in the middle of a road trip. No one we knew nearby, Uber can't pick up, so I gave Enterprise a call. The very friendly young man took all of my information, said a vehicle was available, I agreed to the price, and he said they could pick up my family and our stuff. He said I would get an email confirmation. That never arrived and neither did the pickup. The office was closed so no one was reachable for assistance. We were stranded with our 5 year old as the sun was setting, and he knew that.

  Pretty sad when Enterprise rents you a car that has only enough gas in it to let you drive 3 min. before it stopped on very busy road. Literally drove about three miles away and ran out of gas-leaving stranded on the side of the road!!!!!! You literally have one job. Additionally there was no apology nor any attempt of good will in monetary reimbursement-nary even a discount offered. Tell me you don’t value your client (nor safety) w/o telling me. Never again.

  The most Incompetent workers I have come across is at this Winchester Location. No regards for customers. I booked 2 weeks earlier . A whole 2 weeks and 2 days till pickup they tell me. They don’t have 15 seater. Meanwhile there were a lot of 15 seater vans sitting at the lot. I later on had to pay for last minute flights for other family members that were supposed to ride with us. No compensation, no sorry. Nothing. I have been a plus member for more than 7 years. This is definitely my last time at this Winchester location. NEVER AGAIN.

  Literally the best place I’ve rented from! Needed a van for a last minute work event, and they came through! Kind, courteous and a good price- about to book now, so it reminded me to leave a review!

  There’s no better renter than enterprise rent a car !!!!! The cheapest anywhere!!!!!
