- CPCe PiApr 8, 20261.0Terrible experience with this car rental company. I returned the car in good condition, and their staff confirmed everything was fine at the time. A month later, they suddenly filed a claim with my insurance, blaming damage from a storm during my rental period—which is completely false. This feels dishonest and very frustrating. Be careful renting from them. Make sure you document everything, because they may try to hold you responsible for damage long after you’ve returned the car.

The vehicle was clean and in good working order. It was a nice ride for a Chrysler Minivan. If you are in need of a rental while in Lexington I recommend this location.
