    We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were eager to accommodate us every step of the way. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and that level of service really stood out. I highly recommend this location and will definitely rent from them again!

    Enterprise used the be the quality choice for car rentals. The one on Richmond Rd. was excellent, but they've closed, unfortunately. Avoid the location on E. High St. (Versailles Rd.) if you can, they clearly are in high enough demand to not care about putting a focus on customer service. A friendly face, a positive and helpful attitude and a little compassion go a long way towards inspiring customer loyalty. I'll be choosing a different car rental company from now on, and I recommend you do the same.

    I think i had an overall positive experience with Enterprise. Requuested a luxury car, but got Chevy Trax. That said, everything went smoothly. Recommend it.

    Had a very bad experience with this company. They are very rude and aggravated the crap out of us. Called us at 8 am would not give no one time to even call them!!! They suck
