Very disappointed in this company. I would not recommend. There was no communication of what was wrong with my car. I still don’t know because the person I talked to seemed frustrated and I did not want our conversation to go sideways. I just wanted my keys.
I had to call on the first day just to check on the status of my car. I was told it would be ready on Saturday, and even though the shop was closed on Saturday, I was assured I would still be able to pick it up because employees would be working.
Saturday came and I never received a call. When I tried calling, it went straight to voicemail, and no one returned my call.
On Monday at 8:00 a.m., I got a ride to the shop only to find out my car still wasn't ready and wouldn't be finished until the end of the day. Around 4:15 p.m., I called again to check on the status, and only then was I told it was ready. At no point did anyone contact me with an update—I had to call every time.
If someone had simply communicated the delay, I could have explained that I needed my car for work at 3:00 a.m. Monday and could have arranged to bring it back later to complete the repairs. Instead, I was told on Friday that it was being worked on and would be ready Saturday, so I planned accordingly. Because of the lack of communication, I was left without transportation to work Monday morning.
The repair itself may have been fine, but the communication and customer service were very disappointing. Keeping customers informed about delays is a basic courtesy and would have made this experience much less frustrating.
