Very disappointed in this company. I would not recommend. There was no communication of what was wrong with my car. I still don’t know because the person I talked to seemed frustrated and I did not want our conversation to go sideways. I just wanted my keys. I had to call on the first day just to check on the status of my car. I was told it would be ready on Saturday, and even though the shop was closed on Saturday, I was assured I would still be able to pick it up because employees would be working. Saturday came and I never received a call. When I tried calling, it went straight to voicemail, and no one returned my call. On Monday at 8:00 a.m., I got a ride to the shop only to find out my car still wasn't ready and wouldn't be finished until the end of the day. Around 4:15 p.m., I called again to check on the status, and only then was I told it was ready. At no point did anyone contact me with an update—I had to call every time. If someone had simply communicated the delay, I could have explained that I needed my car for work at 3:00 a.m. Monday and could have arranged to bring it back later to complete the repairs. Instead, I was told on Friday that it was being worked on and would be ready Saturday, so I planned accordingly. Because of the lack of communication, I was left without transportation to work Monday morning. The repair itself may have been fine, but the communication and customer service were very disappointing. Keeping customers informed about delays is a basic courtesy and would have made this experience much less frustrating.

I highly recommend Dean’s Auto Care! They recently repaired my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of their work was outstanding, and their rates were incredibly affordable. It’s hard to find a shop that combines excellent craftsmanship with fair pricing, but Dean’s Auto Care does exactly that. Sam, the owner, went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a perfectionist job really show in the finished work. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his business. The entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re looking for honest, dependable auto repair with exceptional service, Dean’s Auto Care is the place to go. Five stars all the way!
