- JTJason ThompsonSep 2, 20251.0Passing through Kentucky on my way back home from vacation had a dead battery when I work up at my hotel I got a jump and made it to this autozone location I asked for my battery to be tested and rather than testing my battery to see if it could be charged they instantly tried to sell me a new battery after a back and forth I was disgusted with the service thankfully my car started back and I went to O'Reillys on New Circle road they did test my battery and it was able to be charged and not replaced. I will not be using Autozone in the future!!!
