  Well... my fan belt broke, so i hobbled into this place. That vehicle is very difficult to work on, so I decided to ask for a mechanic referral. They knew some and picked one that was available. He has a mobile service. I took an Uber home and he finished with the belt and new valve cover gaskets I asked him to place (while he was there), in 3 hours, if that much. I had the gaskets available in the trunk, thank goodness. Price was really really good, and he's extremely experienced in getting engines like that apart with ease. He doesn't work for AutoZone, but I need to give them first credit for connecting me with this guy.

  Definitely will not be shopping at any autozone just to avoid having to deal with someone who does not know how to properly look up the items a customer needs. Literally gave me a quote for the opposite of what i am asking for after 3xs. Smh. Now I'm ready to pay, with the little print out he gave me not even 6-7 minutes prior and now you dont have the items and I have to go to your other store. Yeah you right. I will go to another store but it will never be another autozone. Smh sad.

  This is the absolute WORST place to buy any parts from east of the Mississippi. I used to spend thousands of dollars a month with this store (Repair Shop Owner). We were sold a faulty part that ultimately caused a burnt piston in a customers engine. I replaced the engine on my own wallet in order to take care of said customer. When we got Autozone involved, they came and retrieved the part and started paperwork. 6 MONTHS LATER, we were told the incorrect part was sold back to the supplier and they were at no liability for any of it. The area manager then had the audacity to tell me that if I signed a contract to spend $10,000 a month, they would cover the cost of the engine we had to replaced. I laughed and basically told them to get out. I then called a few days later and requested copies of ALL paperwork associated with this claim, 5 months later I have yet to see any of it. Multiple other parts stores have stepped up during these uncommon events. These guys don't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
