  We have used First Stop for approximately 25+ years for all the different vehicles we have owned from brand new to used. Very professional technicians and staff. Upon reading the list of services there were only a few we haven’t had in the past. Most recently our used vehicle had new shocks/ struts and tires .

  Talk about customer service . A+.upon diagnostics call explained to detail . What they found wrong . Fixed the problem. Very well pleased. Hard to find guys like this . Great job !!

  I wouldn’t take my car anywhere other than 1st Stop. I am on the road a lot for work and was in Lexington when my car started to give me some issues (overheating engine). I immediately was recommended 1st stop. I showed up and even though I was coming in from out of town, they got me in, assessed what was going on and took care of it. They replaced a broke down engine fan, a faulty tire pressure sensor, and my back brake lights. I’ve been to a lot of auto repair shops and this was the first place I genuinely felt like they didn’t try to upsell/upcharge me, were honest, and left me feeling safer on the road than when I came in. Plus I was back on the road the same day! Thank you so much 1st stop team!

  Grandson bought a car and realized it had a major oil leak. 1st Stop was nice enough to look at it, find the problem, but were unable to make the repair due to my grandson being sold a car that was so rusted underneath, they couldn’t safely put it up on a lift. They were kind enough not to charge for their time.
