I called the advance store find part I thought might be needed, as I had tools with me but no diagnostic equipment. I talked to Matt at the store to see if they had an ignition module he took extra time to research and find a part that would work as motorhomes are not listed . Then the next problem, as my transportation was broke down and parts delivery wasn't available, Matt said he would bring me the part , so awesome of him. As it turned out this part did not get the engine running. Matt so kindly made three trips to me trying the next likely problem. Finely got the motorhome running and on our way home, with many thanks to Matt going out of his way to help, great to know there are still people who are willing to go above and be on to provide outstanding service. Needless to say my hat is off to Matt and Advance auto parts is lucky to have him working for them.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
