- HJHeather James5 days ago1.0DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They do not care about providing real quality service. They don't know or care how to properly service any vehicles. Shame on them for doing crappy service on people's hard earned & expensive vehicles. Will not ever return to a Valvoline Station again. I recommend going to Real trained mechanics that care about doing the job correctly.

I am hoping they did what they were supposed to do on the underside of my truck. The guy guiding me guided me into a pole that I hit with my mirror. Overall horrible.

We pulled over to find the skid plate was not attached and dragging the ground. A few days prior we had taken the vehicle to a valvoline in Ohio and they didn't put all the screws back in. The staff at this location was very apologetic, even though they didn't cause the issue. They were quick with fixing the skid plate back up and didn't charge us! Wonderful people, wonderful service. 100% recommend!
