  i use to like shopping here but now there is a very disrespectful employee that works here so id much rather shop at Advanced Auto.

  I am writing to formally address an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your LaGrange store. I accompanied my mother to the store while she briefly stopped in to check on work-related matters, and I had my three-year-old daughter with me. During this time, I stepped into the restroom to change my daughter into more comfortable clothing due to the warmer weather. When I returned, I engaged in a brief conversation with the store manager, Shara. I made a lighthearted comment about my daughter’s outfit and asked if she looked cute. In response, Shara made an inappropriate and offensive remark, stating that my daughter “looks nothing like me” and that she resembles her grandmother, followed by a highly disrespectful and explicit insult directed at my mother. This comment was unprofessional and entirely unacceptable, particularly in the presence of my young child. There was no prior relationship or level of familiarity that would make such a remark appropriate. I found it deeply disrespectful and unnecessary. Additionally, after I briefly stepped outside with my daughter and returned, Shara attempted to backtrack by offering compliments about my daughter. However, this did not address or excuse the initial comment or the discomfort it caused. I believe this situation reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and respect. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed appropriately to ensure that no one else experiences similar treatment. Thank you for your time and attention.
