  If you are a Pilot member "!! BEWARE!!" Although Pilot has it's name all over: over fueling station, on my GPS, and on the receipt, they do not function as a Pilot which is misleading. You can purchase fuel and get Pilot points, you can also redeem Pilot points, but that is as far as it goes. I went in for some of the driver freebies on the app, and when I tried to redeem them, I found out they used my points instead. Nothing free was free. They said they were unable to puty points back and return the merchandise. Even customer service said the same thing. I think this is an underhanded way of making people use up their points. I am very disappointed and will not be using Pilot or their rewards program once my points are used up. I like dealing with a business that stands behind their program and is not inconsistent as Pilot is. I don't want to guess if I can get rewards from a location that has Pilot's name, but not the full program. I don't have the time or energy to play the guessing game.

  Hucks Truck stops - Pilot Dealers always usually have clean showers, compared to some of the other actual Pilot-Flying J ones. And their shower rooms are cold, not like walking into a hot sauna. It makes it nice taking a shower.

  I don't know why pilot bought you guys out. It should have been the other way around. If you're a trucker and you're on a 34 and you want a nice hot, clean shower, this is the place to go. They're showers are immaculately clean. The water pressure is good. The water is hot. All the shower heads turn and you can adjust them. They're not all hard water corroded it's quiet. The showers are back away from everything. There's no restrooms back there. No yelling up and down the hallway. They really make it a great experience. Back in the day boys we used to tip our shower ladies and gentlemen. I think we need to start that trend again to keep this place nice appreciate them for their job. They get paid to do it. Yes but a little money in the offering truck stop offering plate goes a long way of saying. Thank you. I can tell you I've been to some nasty showers before but this one is by far the best one I've ever been to. Thank you guys at hucks for staying hucks
