  This Valvoline location swapped my battery due to my battery light being on but then could not get the battery light to go away. They told me I had to go to an auto parts store to get the codes cleared. I get home and open my hood to see that my serpentine belt is gone. This is probably the whole reason my light was on and they charged me $300 plus to replace my battery in which probably didn’t even need to be replaced in the first place. Strongly recommend others go to a different auto service place for car repairs!

  I actually wrote a glowing, 5-star review for this location while sitting in my car having the oil changed on July 20th. I am completely replacing it now because of the absolute nightmare that happened the moment I drove away. This is the second time, at two different Valvoline locations, where the employees lacked the basic training to reset my change oil indicator light (2018 VW Tiguan). After their multiple failed attempts, I tried resetting it myself before leaving the premises, with no success. Frustrated, I drove a few blocks away to a nearby CVS to try again. After several more attempts, I finally got the light to reset—only for my car to refuse to start. All of these repeated attempts to fix Valvoline's mistake completely drained my car battery, leaving me stranded and forcing me to get a jumpstart. The customer service response was a joke. I called the store immediately, but nobody answered. The automated voice service routed me to customer care, who tried calling both the store and the area manager. Neither answered. I was issued a claim number and explicitly promised that someone would reach out to resolve this issue. Nobody ever did. I am thoroughly disgusted by the sheer incompetence of the staff and the complete lack of accountability from management. Failing to perform a standard part of an oil change is bad enough, but ghosting a stranded customer after your mistake drains their battery is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.
