- EHEd HardmanOct 3, 20265.0The team went right to work. Changed my oil and filter. Checked a lot of other things like lights and filters. Got me checked out and on my way fast! Everyone was very nice and spoke to me and asked me to come back which I definitely will. Thanks for all that you do!
- ALAhulani LewisSep 28, 20261.0Hate leaving places like this a bad review but I just want to alert and warn others. We went to get an oil change. Total was about $120 which is fine and typical for our truck. Left and went to another auto shop to get some different work done - they found that there was an issue with the oil change that was performed and they fixed the issue and charged about $60. While there we called Valvoline and we were told the manager would call back. We called to follow up - received the same info. I called again 2 weeks later and finally was told to file a claim. I filed a claim and only 2 days later I received a call from the manager Cody, who was really polite and respectful when he told me they will not pay for the damage because we hadn’t taken it to the Valvoline shop so they can see the damage. I assumed a receipt of the shop fixing it 2 hours later would be enough and we were never told we had to return to show them the error. We weren’t even told to file a claim until 3 weeks after the incident. Beware - if there is a mistake immediately take it back. Photos/receipts will not help you!
