  Collin is the actual GOAT!!!! He was so helpful and really helped a girl out. If you aren’t going to AutoZone to get help from Collin then WYD???? Seriously the customer service is top notch. 🐐🐐🐐

  My experience at this location was horrible. I called Autozone, thinking I showed up at the right location since I was an out-of-towner that frequently visits J-Town had an issue with my alternator. I spoke with a guy earlier letting him know that I needed a new alternator and he said they had everything I needed and loaner tools available for me to take the part off my car so I can replace it with the new alternator. I ended up at Autozone in J-Town instead of the one on Shelbyville Rd. I was thinking I had talked with the guy named Colin but come to find out it was not him. I told him before I purchased the alternator, I need all the tools so I could remove my old alternator and replace it with the new one. After he rung me up for the parts and cashed out, he became very unprofessional saying if you need tools, I can purchase them. We had an argument and I told him I could've drove to the other Autozone location with the tools already waiting on me to change my alternator. Colin is bad for the business and he will cause that store to lose alot of money bc he was acting really strange and doing alot of weird things that wasn't normal. Someone needs to look into this situation because it will hurt the stores bottom line and having all the good workers there wanting to transfer who really cares to help customers.

  I love this AutoZone. The workers are extremely friendly and always willing to help out however they can. I know absolutely nothing about cars and they always make sure I'm well informed which is greatly appreciated.

  Colin J and Kenneth “Ken” were so helpful and wonderful getting my battery changed and situated. My battery was very u healthy they changed out the one that we didn’t even know where it came from (my dad bought it), then the battery post rusted off and broke because an old mechanic wedged a screw between the post clamp, and they changed the post out for me free of charge because the anatomy of the battery and the posts. The most knowledgeable and enthusiastic team!!

  I recently had the pleasure of meeting their new sales manager Colin. He was such a vibe. SO POSITIVE and EXCITING. He was informative on car information and even went out of his way to explain the easiest way to get the work done I needed done. Also the manager whose name I believe is amber, was also very positive and seems to know her store and employees. Definitely going back to this store when I need something!
