  We parked in a spot we didn’t know was not allowed and they put a giant 5x7 warning sticker on our window. This thing had to be scraped off with a razor blade and ruined the glass. Super unprofessional to do that to paying customers of this lake. Give me the damn ticket, don’t ruin my window!!

  I would say that it’s a very good place if it wasn’t for the state dock worker named Jerry he is extremely rude and hateful and tried to run me off the dock with his golf cart and the way he stares at me makes me feel very unsafe and his entire attitude says he hates his job and people so why is he even working in a position that he deals with the public

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting the Destiny 80 foot houseboat on Lake Cumberland! We highly recommend starting your trip down around the 76 waterfalls—it was one of the highlights of the entire trip. We never stopped at a marina during our four days because we brought plenty of food and alcohol for everyone. The boat itself was awesome. The slide off the back was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and the boat was surprisingly easy to drive. We even got caught in a storm right in the middle of the lake, and the boat handled it without a problem—it drove like a dream. The kids and adults had an absolute blast. They also provide a large speaker, which made it easy to keep the music going and really enjoy the atmosphere. Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, although you should be reasonably agile to climb up into some of the beds, and some sleeping areas are quite low. We did have a small issue with the boat and radio, but this is where their customer service really stood out. We discussed our concerns with the AGM, Katelynn Pennington, and she was absolutely outstanding. She listened carefully, took our concerns seriously, and accommodated us without any hesitation. We really appreciated how she handled everything. Overall, we had an incredible four-day trip and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend this experience for families, groups of friends, and anyone looking to have an unforgettable time on Lake Cumberland!

  Unbelievable experience! Everyone was kind and helpful when renting out boats this weekend. They went above and beyond with blowing up floats and recommendations. The bar and grill was equally as nice. Wonderful experience and highly recommend. I even heard another customer complain about something totally out of their control and they handled themselves with grace. Well done and thank you!

  Rented a double decker pontoon with intentions of a fun filled day on the water. Once we took off on the trip we realized the safety latches on 2 of the doors we missing or broken. They constantly rattled around and swang open and shut while trying to drive. With small kids this was not very comforting and dang near drive ya nuts. Once we arrived at a spot to swim we realized the water to the slide did not work. After fumbling around trying to get the water pump working we realized the wires were cut and not even hooked up in the dash. My daughters used the slide a couple times but with no water was basically pointless. The slide was the main reason we paid the ridiculous amount for the rental in the first place. The boat did run great and we made it all the way to 76 falls and back on a tank of fuel which was nice. For 800 bucks you should consider keeping your equipment maintained and in good working order especially when it comes to safety!
