  My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation and wiper refills. After two hours I was told that I was to pay for two-wheel studs that was broken during the tire rotation, I refused and after a verbal argument it was resolved that I would not be charged. After another hour and half. I was ready to check out. At that time, I was told that I would have no charges for today's services. I think that was fair. I appreciate the understanding.

  Tim Short Honda has made every step of the car buying process a total nightmare. We traveled from out of state to purchase a car, and when we arrived we found they had not disclosed multiple issues, including bald tires (they told us they were brand new), cosmetic blemishes, and worn brake pads. We were fortunate to not have accepted their offer to deliver the car to us for $500, because we would have had to accept the car “as is.” We still bought the car after agreeing (and documenting) with the dealership that they owed us two parts, which would be purchased and shipped by them. After two months of constant follow ups, we finally received the parts, one of which was wrong. It has now been four months since the car was purchased and I still do not have license places because Tim Short Honda sent a check to the NC DMV that was $25 short. During this frustrating and never ending experience we have spoken to sales, management, finance, and parts departments ad nauseam and somehow we are still not finished with the title transfer and completion of the sale. If you want a never ending disaster of a car purchase experience, plus multiple trips to the DMV, look no further than the incompetent Tim Short Honda!

  You really don’t want my opinion, your mechanic Steve is great, but your rates are not customer friendly adding $30 for shop supplies, almost $90 for oil change, being told I need to change all my gaskets and a new timing belt, for $3600 with most of the gaskets have been changed in the last 2 years and timing belt still has 20k miles left on it. $812 for replacing power steering pump and then find out the power steering hose had a pin hole in it, another $749 . Diagnosis was $ 165 which was seen as soon the hood was raised this total was S749.31. Total over $ 1500

  Yesterday me and my fiancé stopped to look at a car for our son. Instead of the salesman tying to make a sale, he insulted my fiancé by commenting on his size, word for word saying “Honestly man I don’t think you’ll fit in a vette, you’re pretty big man”. How RUDE and honestly unacceptable. He Did not answer any of our questions. Stood with the keys in his hand with his arms crossed for more than 20 mins before he decided to insult my fiance. No one asked his opinion for him to comment on someone’s body size. We pulled on the lot with intentions of leaving with the car. We would never make a purchase from this business and you shouldn’t either.

  Took my Passport in because of starting issues. They scheduled a quick appointment and fixed my problem. Service manager Jeremy Parsons was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He explained my options and quickly got my repair completed. He also explained my service needs. Because of his help and professionalism, I'll definitely be returning to the dealership.
