  I did my entire purchase over the phone. The back and forth negotiators, all of it. They listened and we came to a mutual agreement. I love the vehicle and the sales team was top notch.

  I have been a Honda owner for some time now and my Hondas have all been purchased by a licensed, reputable HONDA dealership. My oil changes have ALWAYS been $64.99 for the same exact quantity, oil and filter used at Tim Short Honda. I was charged a couple dollars shy of $100 for my oil change on Wednesday, June 24th. I questioned the service department and the service manager, whom neither were friendly or customer oriented at all, and I was told their oil change prices were highly competitive with other dealerships and even WAL-MART. So I called the Honda dealership in which my 2025 Honda Ridgeline is leased through and they confirmed on the phone with me, it would cost me only $64.99 plus taxes (no extra fees etc). Then I called Walmart Automotive in Pikeville, KY and was told for the oil and filter I would be charged $58.99 plus taxes. For the way my concern was addressed and attitude that was given, I will NOT do business with Tim Short Honda again, unless something is corrected from my recent oil change. Horrible experience all the way around.

  Great experience. I got the vehicle I wanted in my price range. I really enjoy my 2020 Buick Envision. Check out their inventory and go see them. They like to make a deal. Thank you Matt and Jordan. Im not sure of the sale managers name but thank you as well!!
