- MMMonica Martin3 days ago1.0My experience is with customer service. I had an appointment to drop my car off for an oil change. I arrived at my appointment time and when I walked into the lobby, there was no one at the counter. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I decided to go and find an associate. I found Blaine. I asked him if I could please get my car checked in for an oil change so I could leave. He was very rude and told me that he was the only one there and that it would be a few more minutes. I explained to him that I understand being shorthanded that all I needed him to do was to acknowledge my presence. A few minutes later he came up front and asked me for my last name, took my key, dropped it off in the bag. I proceeded to explain to Blaine that I need my car left outside and to keep the key and he was basically rude about it and said he already knew. He never apologized for being shorthanded or ignoring me at all. I arrived on Sunday to get my car, all was good. When I came back on Monday to get my other key, Blaine was standing at the counter, he never looked up nor acknowledged me, He turned around, opened the window, grabbed my key and invoice set them on the counter and walked away! Again, not so much as an apology for the days prior, and not even an acknowledgment that I was even there again! Rude!!! I have been coming to this Tire Discounter’s for 3 1/2 years And this is the first time I’ve ever been treated this way.

It took an hour before they started on my vehicle. 5 people came into the waiting area, and left again during the two hours it took to complete my installation. No explanation, no "are you happy with our service?", no thank you. My first experience with Tire Discounters was not a good one.
