On arrival they didnt have one for us but coyld get one later in the day. We were on our way to vacation at this point. They did provide something different. We were happy with this vehicle. My only complaint was we did not get our designated car. There were others waiting and going through the same thing.

We were 5 minutes from picking up the vehicle for the trip when they called to notify us they wouldn't have a car until 3 days after the reserved date. I asked for help locating a car at another Enterprise location and gentlemen told me I would have to contact each location on my own. We called the National Number and was assured it was a Regional Managers top priority to help us find an alternative location with a car available. They would call us shortly or email. Never got a Call, Never Got an Email. NO HELP, Reservation Means Nothing - NEVER AGAIN Enterprise - I will not trust your reservation system or you again. HORRIBLE customer service, inability to take and keep a reservation coupled with late notice of no availability.
