  My experience with the manager at Hopkinsville Ky Enterprise named Haley Wolberton was excellent! She apologized for the mistake that was made and discounted me, her positive attitude and kind gesture put a smile back on my face. Thanks Haley🙂

  A reservation with Enterprise means absolutely nothing. I reserved my rental a full week in advance because I had somewhere important to be and needed reliable transportation. Then, 40 minutes before my scheduled 5:30 PM pickup, as I was getting ready to leave with my child, I got a phone call telling me they had no cars available. Let that sink in. A week of planning, and they waited until I was practically walking out the door to tell me they couldn’t honor my reservation. If I hadn’t answered that call, I would’ve shown up with my child, expecting the vehicle I reserved, only to be stranded in the parking lot. Imagine having a child with you, schedules to keep, bags packed, and nowhere to go because a company couldn’t do the one thing it promised. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of empathy. There was no urgency, no real apology, no accountability, and no meaningful attempt to fix the situation. It was treated like it was just another inconvenience as if my time, my plans, and my child didn’t matter. A reservation isn’t supposed to be a gamble. If Enterprise can cancel your rental less than an hour before pickup after you’ve waited an entire week, then what’s the point of reserving anything at all? If your trip is important whether it’s for work, a family vacation, a wedding, a funeral, or simply transporting your children don’t put your trust in Enterprise. They may leave you scrambling at the last minute, and based on my experience, don’t expect them to care much when they do. I’ll never trust this company again, and I strongly encourage anyone who needs dependable transportation to book somewhere else.
