  Everyone was professional , and the transaction went smooth there were two young professional individuals that were in the office when I arrived one was on the phone with a customer the other was behind a see-through wall.

  I saw the red head lady at the front desk act very nasty and rude towards a customer yesterday. I think that girl needs fired! I had to walk straight out when she admitted she had lied on the girl to have her blocked on the rental system leaving her stranded…

  Come on guys! After 30 years of renting vehicles with Enterprise just because I use points for a week from all the money I've spent over the years does not mean I'm supposed to get a car that you put through your Wash bay and comes out looking like an elephant jacked off all over the windshield and spots everywhere on the car and then I have to take my time and clean it properly. And it seems like this type of behaviour Enterprise tries to commit malfeasance and charge me for Nicks and dings and things that happened to cars that other people did that shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car. You treat your good customers badly and the bad customers great. I never did understand that concept but I don't like leaving there with a week rental being pissed off! Nor have my time wasted having to put work into a vehicle to clean it...that's your job not mine! Enterprise gets paid for the advertising of showcasing the model of cars they allow for rental. I remember how it was on how they had to clean their vehicles during covid and of course everything is going backwards afterwards but you've got to do better.

  I always have the best customer service staff who 95% of the time are able to get me in the type of vehicle I want. Everything is explained fully, they represent Enterprise well! (Henderson, Ky) TRA

  Experience with a nice car was good, had a issue with wiper blades, enterprise employee told me I could go to Walmart. Raben, or midas to have the issue fixed. We went to Walmart in Henderson Ky they couldn't find the account. We went to midas they said it would take 45 mins to get approval from corporate to even look at it. I went to the enterprise store told them I was going to a auto parts store to get the wiperblades replaced and they could reimburse me for them. They said ok. So I went to Advance Auto Parts in henderson ky. They sold me new wiperblades and installed them, after a 1/2 hour and the poor guy from advance auto parts with bloody hands We were on our way to Florida. Upon returning the rental car Zoe N. Hunter was in all about what happened and made sure we were taken care of and reimburse us for the wiperblades and gave us a business card for a free upgrade on our next rental ( which will most likely be in September). She made our not so nice Experience seem very nice. 100% great customer service.
