- AHAmy HicksMay 7, 20261.0While the repair was covered under warranty and I did not have to pay out of pocket this time, the overall experience was still very disappointing. The repair took 7 weeks to complete, communication was poor throughout the process, and the quality of the repair work was subpar. When given the car back, it ran for a short time and then it would not start. This issue wasn't even the original problem. Come to find out the battery cable was not fastened properly and another part was not secured. With all of the hype surrounding this shop, I expected better. Would not recommend. Ever.

I explained my situation and he took actions without any hesitation. He simply could’ve turned me away but he didn’t. He explain and showed me what he was doing and where the nail was at. Thank youuu! I will be returning for more service.
