- KEKimber EtlerAug 16, 20261.0Ineptness galore. Purchased 4 michelins and first time driving one of the tires was making a noise. Took it back and was told the weights had fallen off 3 of the wheels. Rebalanced and when I picked it up there was grease on my white seats and steering wheel (2020 cadillac xt6). Manager told me to get online and blast them so here it is. Noise and vibration still exists so I will be taking it to dealer to hopefully be fixed. Have Purchased many sets of tires here but this is my last. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INEPTNESS!!!!!

The guy I talked to to tell him it was out of balance, was very condescending & a real jerk, like I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. Even tho they were still open for another 3hrs, he told me to bring it in the next day that they would look at it. So I did & they told me, they couldn't get me until Tuesday. I feel like it should've been an automatic do it now situation since they did it wrong & my car was swaying. So I took it to US42, they got me in & out in about an hour, even tho they was very busy also & low & behold my tires were in fact out of balance. Do not go to Hebron!!!
- KCKimberli CampbellAug 4, 20261.0I really liked using this tire discounters for my vehicle services until today, when I got a routine oil change and tire rotation, as I’ve done before at this location and was met with a $141 charge for just an oil change, because the rotation was free/included and was advised that the cost of oil due to Iran has made them increase their prices as of Monday 8/3, I booked my appointment Friday 7/31 and not a single person decided to extend a courtesy call of said increase before working on my car. Instead it was a huge surprise when I picked up my car today because I’ve never had to pay that amount & obviously I didn’t have a choice but to pay it because they already did the work. Dishonest and sneaky was what it was.
