  When I picked up my rental, the agent at the desk asked me if I wanted to add insurance or a damage waiver, I responded that I didnt need it and specifically asked him to remove it. I was charged for it nonetheless and when I called customer service to dispute the charge, he gave me an email address and said they would have to do a full investigation. I was not given paperwork and asked to sign anything nor was I given a receipt at the counter ahead of time.

  Rented a compact suv through third party . Was charged $466. Car pick up time was 10 am .we got there at 1130 and apparently after 1 hour they give the car to someone else . We had to get an unneeded unwanted upgrade for another $163. BMW x2 which in my opinion is not even a compact suv. This puts us at $125 per day for rental. In all these years of renting never have I ever had this forceful upgrade. I was willing to go for a smaller car for same price but apparently they were fully booked. Hertz Avis had a long line , there was no one at the Sitx counter except me. I. Their parking lot there were so many cars but they decided to make money from one customer that they had that day. Never go with such a mom and pop rental company. Stick to hertz Avis or budget. Never experienced this.

  The fastest line, which was appreciated. We rented from CVG and although the representative, Carol, seemed amazing and offered to find her supervisor to help honor a birthday discount coupon we received via email, overall we are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Her supervisor, who seemed so nice, "Don't worry, as we'll re-write all this when you leave and make sure you receive that 20% discount." We received the invoice today -- it is for more than $120 over the price that was quoted to reserve the car. Of course, when calling today you cannot reach anyone but the AI chat and that is going as well as it did when trying to use the initial birthday coupon. I wanted to love the quick service at pick-up, but now being totally ripped off and not being able to contact anyone, let alone the car definitely had a rear wheel problem, we are done with Sixt and will file a FRADULENT credit card charge with our bank. It will be quicker and more efficient. Do better Sixt!!!

  Sixth rent a car Cincinnati airport should be ashamed of itself. I was stuck in Cincinnati airport last night with my flight being delayed and finally canceled when I decided to book a rent a car to drive from Cincinnati to Chicago. I was charged $848 and I am a diamond member with sixth. Not only were the two gentlemen at the terminal uneducated and unwilling to help but they didn't even have the right booking information for my rental. I booked a BMW X3 and they tried to give me a Mitsubishi car. After 20 minutes of arguing with them I finally got them to call their Superior who inform them to rent me a BMW X1 to drive from Cincinnati to Chicago. They refuse to move on the price even though they downgraded me and tried to screw me. No one was helpful at this airport. I highly recommend you double and triple check before you book anything with this sixth rent a car facility. If they're willing to take advantage of a diamond member I can't imagine what they would do to the average renter. Disappointed and reevaluating my corporate relationship with sixth.
