  Car needed to be cleaned better but otherwise seamless rental process. Don’t know why I haven’t been using them nor do I not know why Enterprise isn’t doing things like National either. Also they need to QUIT with the deposit of 400 plus odd dollars. One other thing they gave me a full tank with 400+ mileage on it, but when I filled it up EVERY time it was over 500 miles!!! NOT COOL!!!

  My favorite rental car place. At most locations, you can walk right to any car and check out as you are leaving the parking Lot.

  I want to give a big thank you to Kam, the manager at National Car Rental at CVG airport. He was truly one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve dealt with while renting a car. I needed to switch my vehicle the next day because I wanted a bigger SUV, and Kam handled everything very politely and smoothly. Not only did he help me with the change, but he also upgraded me to a Ford Explorer, which was more than I was expecting. On top of that, he personally helped move luggage from one car to the other. I am an Emerald Executive Elite member with National, and honestly, it’s very rare to receive this level of customer service. Kam went above and beyond, and he made the entire experience easy and stress free. Really appreciate his professionalism and kindness.
