  This is not the first time that I renting car in this location, I am part of the emerald club and usually I don't have contact with people when I am taking the care, but generally when I am dropping the car the people that is receiving the car is super kind and attentive and today I forget to put gas in the car and Alicia take car of the situation as a professional and with decision power she saw my millage the status of the Gas and she said, dont worry we will take care of this!!! Not sure if Alicia will see this but THANK YOU VERY MUCH! 08/26 - 7:00 am CGV Airport.

  A rare black mark for National. Despite being an Executive member booking over 12 hours in advance of my arrival, I was told that my booking could not be accommodated as it was a “same day rental”. And after a 9 hour flight from London, it was not nice to be left high and dry. Staff were rather dismissive and not terribly sympathetic- if the booking wasn’t possible, why allow it? And why not notify me? I’m not going to make any hyperbolic claims of “never renting with National again” as this is the first negative experience I’ve had in over 10 years, and I don’t visit Cincinnati much. But this location needs to do better, especially for frequent renters!
