  Very positive experience, easy and quick check in, I headed up to the garage to select the vehicle, the lady offered me a choice on vehicles. She was nice and friendly just like the lady that checked me in. Very good experience.

  Enterprise is always on point—good service, prompt, friendly staff. Austin at CVG went above and beyond running to get me a luggage cart for my giant suitcases. I always choose Enterprise after learning the hard way that other companies don’t measure up.

  I want to thank both Michell (Cincinnati Check-Out) and Greg M (Cleveland Return) for their outstanding professionalism with my car rental. Michell was quick to switch out my rental (and upgrade) when I noticed that the front windshield was cracked on my original rental. Greg was kind enough to reduce my prepaid gas because I returned the car full. I also want to thank a female (I don't recall her name) that was in the check-out booth when Ieft Cincinnati. She told me that the Williams sisters were in town for a tennis match that I knew nothing about. When I contacted my tennis friends back home, they told me it was the Cincinnati Open. Had the Enterprise booth person NOT told me about this, I would have missed the chance of a lifetime to see the Williams sisters (Venus & Serena) play their doubles match. It was the first time I have ever attended a tennis match, and despite the Williams' sisters loss, driving to Mason, getting tickets at the gate, shopping the "store", and seeing the match first hand was absolutely fabulous and a definite highlight of my road trip through Ohio for MLB (on a pilgrimage to see all 30 MLB parks). I really want to thank this older female for the tip. My vehicle rental was GREAT, loved that I had a 2027 Chevy Equinox that drove beautifully.

  I tried to book a car as a walk-in and they accepted walk-at this time. I had to wait fornthe manager for more than 30 mins to come to the front desk as the front desk agent couldn't get my international driving license on the system without even trying. The manager came took a picture of my driving license and passport then told me no we don't accept walk ins after waiting for more than an hour.... very disgusting and racist experience.

  Easy drop off, really friendly employees helping with car drop off. Madison was the employee who assisted with the drop-off of the vehicle. It took me a little bit longer to get belongings out of the car than normal, and she was very patient. Especially compared to other car rental facilities, Madison made this go from a five-star to a seven-out-of-five-star review. Extremely friendly and helpful. Really couldn't get any better.
