  DOCUMENT and take very detailed pictures and videos before and after your rental at this location. Rented a vehicle here and happened to miss damage to the front bumper during inspection. Unfortunately, due to it not being documented at the time, I had to deal with the stress and headache with the company denying my initial appeal (despite geotagged pictures) and pursuing my insurance for damages clearly visible at the time of pick up. Had to prepare a folder 49 pictures (pickup and return), including showing the geotagged location information for a supervisor to accept the appeal and dismiss the several thousand dollar bill. Whatever inspection they have at this location will seemingly miss thousands of dollars worth of damage and pass it along to the next customer. To be fair, I missed it as well and why I recommend documenting every angle. The Enterprise DRU supervisor I spoke on the phone with was very helpful in getting this resolved. Despite this experience, I still do recommend enterprise at CVG. Just document thoroughly.

  Do not trust this Enterprise location if you value basic safety, human decency, or contract laws. On May 16th, my rental car from another Enterprise hub suffered a total mechanical failure (the gears completely locked up), leaving my family stranded. Enterprise Roadside Assistance explicitly directed me to drop the vehicle at this CVG airport location for an immediate walk-in swap so I could safely get my young children and disabled parents home. Instead of honoring Enterprise's corporate contract, the manager on duty at CVG subjected us to horrific and discriminatory treatment. He forced us to wait while systematically helping over 10 other customers who arrived long after us. When I politely advocated for my family and pointed out we were first, he looked at me and explicitly stated that I was "not a customer" because we were "just doing a vehicle swap." When I insisted that they honor the roadside directive, the manager maliciously weaponized local law enforcement and called the airport police on us. When the officers arrived, they quickly realized no crime was committed, openly stating they were only escorting us out to de-escalate the situation because the manager was completely refusing to do his job and honor the contract. This location abandoned a family with vulnerable, disabled individuals and young children late at night, forcing us to scramble out-of-pocket for emergency logistics and shelter. Using the police to intimidate paying customers dealing with a breakdown is an absolute disgrace. Corporate leadership have been formally notified. The leadership at Dayton Ohio was able to handle the matter swiftly and emphatically. Updating the review based on their professionalism.

  The people at enterpise car rental with whom I dealt both when I picked up & dropped off my car, were gracious & helpful. Paying in advance for them to fill up the tank left me free to just enjoy my time in Lebanon Ohio with my family & not worry about finding a gas station early in the morning of my flight. I think it might have been a little cheaper than what I might have paid. Thanks

  The manager Deon is full of nothing but bad excuses for poor customer service. Left me standing in the parking garage for 3 and a half hours because the vehicle is was rented by enterprise earlier in the day had a tire that was leaking air and unsafe drive. Deon claimed to be the manager. However he should have No customer contact whatsoever. I was left to drive a vehicle back to my home 40 minutes away with a tir3 leaking air.......

  expedia and capital one shopping, offered a $100 credit if I cancelled a booking with Enterprise that I had just made on booking.com and booked with you instead. Once the rental completed, it was deemed "ineligible" with no explanation. Left a very bad taste in my mouth for all the companies involved, yours especially, as you would have had to verify compliance of the terms of the offer.
