  Very convenient pickup and drop off, ended up being a good bit pricier to rent from the airport, but it's extremely streamlined and everyone knows whats going on. Have not been hit with any surprise fees, though they said there would be ~1 month delay on sharing Ohio Turnpike fees. Our original vehicle (<1k miles) had a check engine light pop and car go into limp mode while we were >300 miles from CVG, but luckily I was able to take it to PIT and they were very happy to replace it and get me back on the road. Not fun, but they did everything right not fix it. Only issue was the online phone line/support has no idea what's going on and couldn't even send me email confirmation or tell me in advance if the airport Alamo location would replace it. Luckily it ended up being relaxed, but I imagine if I rented from a different Alamo location it would have been a lot more trouble. Overall positive experience, if you're using Costco travel all I can recommend is do not rent from the Sharonville Avis location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Alamo. The staff was friendly and professional. One employee went above and beyond to help us choose the right vehicle because we had a lot of luggage. He was very attentive, patient, and truly cared about making sure everything fit comfortably. We really appreciated his kindness and excellent customer service. We are very happy with Alamo and will definitely rent from them again. Thank you!

  Car had a slow leak after putting air in the tire twice I called cs they sent me the location for the nearest agency and we exchanged our vehicle. Happy traveler.

  Super easy from start to finish not to mention that I was in and out both getting and dropping off.... Pricing was great as well .. Would definitely recommend 👌

  Our original rental car had a few drawbacks - severely worn floor mat, noisy inefficient windshield wipers, and a fussy transmission. I wasn’t comfortable with it and emailed the site manager to request a different car. Austin Bosley replied within minutes and told me to bring it back any time and exchange it for a new vehicle of my choosing. That afternoon I drove it back to the Rental Car Center at CVG, asked for Austin. He couldn’t have been nicer, and offered us an upgraded car, which we enjoyed for the rest of our visit.
