  Something really unusual happened when I picked up my rental. On 8/19 around 11:30am one of the employees, an older man, was really creepy towards me and made remarks such as “what does that tongue do” and he would not let me leave by leaning on the car door. It was an orange jeep, you can check the cameras. I stated that I was recording him and that’s when he stopped and then said not to get him in any trouble, pulling down his shirt to show me a chest scar indicating he had a prior surgery and that he “has already gotten in trouble”. Super super creepy and hopefully no one else has to interact with him. Check the cameras if you won’t take my word.

  Everyone we interacted with was very accommodating, and it was great to be able to text the customer support team when needed! Also, both picking up and returning the car was very easy.

  Downright hostile staff and management. Rude, unprofessional, bullies. This was an exceptionally horrible experience, never seen anything like it. In Lexington Kentucky Alamo was always the best service. Then, enter CVG and it's a striking failure. It might be some bad apples, but after this experience I decided to delete my insider account and never again rent from Alamo. What a disgrace.

  Renting vehicle for pick up on line at the airport was so simple. The price was very reasonable. Upon arrival, car was ready and spotless. I had no problems with the car and return was seamless. Would definitely use Alamo again.

  I came to complete my car rental only to see that the Alamo desk was closed and I got redirected to the enterprise desk. When I came up to get my car, there was a lady there who was rude. Looked at my reservation and pointed me into the direction of a row of cars. I got into the first car and it said the car needs an inspection check. I looked at the 2nd car and it had bald tires… I got into a few more cars which also needed an inspection check.. I reported the problems and that same lady pointed me to the next row of cars and gave me some lame excuse for the inspection checks. I reserved a premium specialty car, when I asked about the Mercedes, she said no and pointed to the Acura. At this point I was so frustrated. But anyway it seemed to be in good shape so I decided to go with it, only to realize that the mirror on the drivers side of the car wasn’t installed properly and it was shaking the whole time I had the car. When I brought the car back I reported the mirror, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said it’s probably a factory issue. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Alamo. They are unreliable.
