  I wanted to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank a young gentleman named Ted for the outstanding customer service he provided during my recent rental experience. I was unhappy with the vehicle I originally rented, and Ted made what could have been a very stressful situation incredibly easy and seamless. From the moment he stepped in to help, he was professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I left with a vehicle that was the right fit for me. What stood out even more was Ted’s work ethic and attitude. He was constantly moving, not walking from place to place, but literally jogging to assist customers efficiently. Even while managing multiple returns and helping several people at once, he maintained the same positive energy, professionalism, and kindness with everyone he interacted with. It was clear that he truly cares about both his work and the customer experience. Ted completely changed the tone of my trip. What started as a frustrating situation quickly became a smooth and positive experience because of his attitude, urgency, and willingness to help. Employees like Ted make a lasting impression, and I believe his professionalism and dedication deserve to be recognized. Please pass along my appreciation and thanks to him.   Skip the line option is the way to go. The car was clean and ready to go, I was out of the parking garage in a less than ten minutes.

  So appreciative. Hertz next door could not provide a car after they charged me for 2 cars. After I didn’t want to pay for a third car they the new employee and the employee that was training the employee began telling me they couldn’t help me unless I verified my bank account. Felt Like a scam. Either way hertz left Me stranded and Enterprise next door saved me! Alamo did not have an employee that can work the desk. This also put enterprise in a bind since they don’t do same day rentals. The employee heard my conversation to hertz about driving soldiers around and gave me a same day rental to get the mission done. So thank you enterprise!
