    Was charged a second day for a car just because I was a few hours late returning the car due to getting stuck In traffic and I wasn’t aware if I was a few hours late, I would be charged another day because I have Rented in the past several times and returned the car late. I have never had to pay an extra day. If I had known, I would have to pay an extra day I would’ve just kept the car. Also was charged $5.70 for gas when I was told to return the car with What was in the car when I picked it up which is exactly what I did then they charged me $100 cleaning fee of the car smelled of smoke and had ashes in it and me and my husband neither one smoke so it had to already been there my husband even said the car stunk when I picked it up, but I thought nothing about it. I’m a very unhappy customer and I will not be renting with Enterprise again. And we’ll tell all my friends and family and my coworkers. I have always had a good experience with them until now
