I had a reservation at 1 pm and literally DID NOT GET MY RENTAL UNTIL 4 PM. If I could literally give them a 0 stars, I would. And when I arrived at the location it wasn't even open! I knocked on the door and the cleaner opened the door at 12:30 and said there wasnt anybody in the office, IT WAS CLEARLY CLOSED! The lady was very unprofessional and rude to me and of course it was returned. I will NEVER again rent from this company ever again! This location has went down hill since the last couple of years its a shame.

They actually saved the day! Needed a car ASAP and they came thru because of quick thinking by the manager! Basically my heroes on that day!

They are horrible. Never go here. They're absolute garbage. They rented out a car they had reserved with us and left completely hanging. Wouldn't go here again if my life depended on it. Wish I could do less than one star. -5 star rating.
