  Extremely nice staff but the service was way too expensive. I usually pay half of the cost I paid. Probably will not be back for that reason.

  I pay 39.99 for the same service @ Mobil 1 lube express yes I have to wait normally so I figured I would give Valvoline a try before having them do the oil change I asked how much it would be after looking and seeing my car takes full sync.oil he told me 130.00 when I ask why so much because of the type of oil I told him what I pay at mobile 1 he accused the of not putting the right oil in my car that pissed me off because this man has been here for over 20 years as well on my receipt is the oil that they put in

  Extremely expensive, our last oil change was less then half it is here. The guy on the phone tried to tell my husband Chevy does not make a Lumina, well what is that sitting in my drive that we've own for the last 12 years, that the bill of sales identifies as a Chevy Lumina? These people have no idea what they are doing

  I was hesitant to go to the new Valvoline station bc I’m not big on corporate overlords and I knew it would be more pricey. However, you definitely get what you pay for. Typically when I get an oil changeI pull my Jeep up, go in and about 30 minutes later, the guys say “you’re ready,” with not much other info, unless it’s EXTREMELY critical. I sat in my Jeep the entire time, while they tested multiple things. Holly is great at upselling, for certain. Yall should give that woman a raise. Whatever she’s making, I’m certain it’s not enough. They tested everything! And let me know any slight issues I was having. They were great and EXTREMELY helpful. I will be a returning customer. My Jeep is purring like a kitten again. Thank you Valvoline ! You have a new regular!
