  I'm disabled and my daughter and her fiancee has rented 6 passages vehicles in the past to get me and my brother to our doctor's appointments for checkups because we both have dealt with cancer but recently they was told the only way to rent a 6 passager vehicle was with a credit card even though in the past they have using a debit card with no issues.

  I was called on Friday late afternoon before I was due to pickup my car on Monday morning, telling me that there would be no cars available that morning! I was not amused-that location knows that was the start of spring break every year, and they should’ve been proactive in making sure every car reserved was available! I find it unreal and unacceptable that this was not planned ahead for-if they were able to get cars from the closest location with vehicles (3 hours away!) on Monday afternoon, , they should’ve had these cars driven down Friday to make them available! This was avoidable and left a really bad taste in my mouth for Enterprise. Not handled well at all, and shows a lack of priority for customers!
