- JWJebb WarnerJul 23, 20261.0An unlimited membership can only be used if the car wash in open. And unfortunately ZIPS is closed (blue cones across entrance) more than it’s open. Three employees eating pizza while cars stop and ask when they are going to be open. VIP Car Wash on Connector Rd is a much better option. Never closed, nicer staff.

The gentleman at the counter took the time to manually spray the entire car before I went through the wash. I really appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service. 100% satisfied—thank you!

Two trips through and there’s still bugs on the windshield. Very disappointed. No towels out in the drying area either.

Very disappointed, purchased $30 (Premier), it starts off as the main attendant to do the presoak couldnt stay off his phone long enough to get the bugs off the front or wash the side and rocker panels, and will add he didn't even make an effort to do the passenger side. before returning inside. After review of the finished wash dirt still remained on quarter pannels, break dust untouched on wheels and Bugs still remained on front bumper. i was able to wipe most everything off, which tells me there was not much effort on their part.
