- DSDan SinclairAug 15, 20261.0I recently had new tires put on my truck at tire discounters in Georgetown KY. I later went back to have them look over front suspension for a vibration. They rebalanced my new tires and did alignment. A week after a trip through the mountain towing a 36ft camper, a bad vibration starts. I pull the LF wheel and all but 1 lugnuts are loose and one was broke off. I feel like 2 were tightened and when 2nd broke the vibration started. After replacing the broken wheel stud I then pulled the center cap to check the right front, also loose. Not as bad bit not close to torque. Do not take your vehicles there. I have bought many tires from them but this will be my last. Completely incompetent.

The gentleman that answered the phone said if they were too busy he would personally replace the tire for us. They got our car in immediately and it began to rain William brought me an umbrella(I had our dog and did not want to go into the shop with others). I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of workers at this store. The man that placed the tire also went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Even made sure our spare had the appropriate amount of air. Would definitely recommend this store to others.
