The person who appeared to be the manager on duty looked extremely unclean and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. This kind of issue reflects poorly on the business. Employees—especially someone in a leadership role—should come to work clean, presentable, and ready to represent the company in a professional manner. Cleanliness and basic hygiene are important in any customer-facing environment. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it, because it definitely impacted my visit.
