  Sent my car here after I was involved in a car wreck. Staff was very friendly and they eventually were able to get my car looking like nothing had happened and back on the road.

  I had an awesome experience at Kentucky Collision Center. From the moment I walked in, Keri at the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made the whole experience feel easy and stress free. I also have to mention the office decorations, they really make the place stand out. You can tell there’s a lot of personality and pride in the workplace, and it makes a difference when you walk through the door. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and everything was handled professionally. Keri deserves a special shout out for making customers feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Kentucky Collision Center in Georgetown to anyone needing collision repairs.

  On June 10 I took my truck to these guys at the recommendation of the insurance company, instead of my regular mechanic and body shop. They physically had my truck for 6 weeks for THIS . Excuse after excuse. Finally picked it up and the paint job does not even come close to matching. That was 2 weeks ago today. And still getting excuses about not having the staff to get me in and taken care of. Now I’m told to drive it back to Georgetown so someone can “look at it”. That will be like my 4th trip. They hurriedly took my deductible when I picked it up but in no hurry to do right by me. Not even a 10 dollar gas card for the 4 trips. At this point I just want my truck repainted and to be done with Kentucky Collision. That’s it that’s all! I have made 3 truck payments since dropping my truck off and still not done right!
