- I2ikyka 2003May 19, 20265.0The service was great! The tech who worked on my car was friendly and pleasant to talk to. I did not like having to speak to a call center to make an appointment. I called at noon, the call center told me that the earliest I could get there was 130. This was a lie. The gal at the counter upon arrival said I could have shown up that there was no waiting. She stated the call center has no clue what the actual store does. Then I find out that ALL of the information I had to give the call center was ridiculous since I am already in the system from prior visits. In closing, the store and staff were top notch. The call center ..you need to get rid of it.
