- I2ikyka 20031 day ago5.0The service was great! The tech who worked on my car was friendly and pleasant to talk to. I did not like having to speak to a call center to make an appointment. I called at noon, the call center told me that the earliest I could get there was 130. This was a lie. The gal at the counter upon arrival said I could have shown up that there was no waiting. She stated the call center has no clue what the actual store does. Then I find out that ALL of the information I had to give the call center was ridiculous since I am already in the system from prior visits. In closing, the store and staff were top notch. The call center ..you need to get rid of it.

They got my special tire size in within less than 24 hours, then when I went to put it on my rim was bent. Chris thankfully directed me to someone who can fix it and I have an appt with then in the morning. I was a crying mess I was so upset and he was so sweet and got me calmed down (I have ptsd and the bent rim sent me into a panic). I would definitely recommend the crew at Ken Towerys georgetown ky store to anyone needed new tires. They were all amazing to me.
