2 times now I rent something for them to call and say nothings available. First time they didn’t let me know until 15 minutes until pick up and 18 hours after renting. This place is a joke. I asked why does the other enterprise around tell you if something’s available or not the woman’s response was “it’s up to the area manager and she’s not here today so it’ll always probably be a problem” the first time they done this to me was 2 months ago.

I booked a reservation in March. Day of my reservation no one called me and they canceled my reservation. I called the day before to confirm and check in as I was supposed to. Also was told booking in advance is still not a guarantee for a vehicle

Fast, friendly service, was provided with a contact number in case of emergency. After I dropped it off I received two courtesy calls. I will definitely use them again!

We have called no less than 20 times and every time no employer has the decency to answer the phone, they just picked it up and immediately push button to send it to music for us to wait. We’ve waited over 20 min on another phone we called them from and no one has answered still. Answering calls to just forward to a waiting line without ever speaking is extremely rude. Especially when people are try to pick up a vehicle.
