- RORhett OlerJun 2, 20262.0Lost a lot of confidence in this location on my 1st visit. Team was friendly, acted professionally, but the time it took was way longer than it should've been. There was 3 people trying to figure out how to remove the filter. Another took 8 mins just trying to reinstall the air filter they removed and another 5 just to reinstall the oil filter. It only needs to be by hand. You don't need a filter wrench to install an oil filter. That just causes more problems next time. They dripped oil all over the fender and engine bay. Didn't clean any of it up. Also watched the guy check the lipstick level at least 9 times to then add more oil and check over and over again before finally walking over to show me. Glad you're thorough, but how many times do you need to check? The engine is hot, the oil decends fairly quickly to the pan, not minutes. Overall, slow and questioned the quality of the work watching people seem lost the whole time and almost as if it they were all still in training.

They were very transparent about what they found, even showing us the air filter. In fact, in one of the two cars we brought in, they looked at the filter and said it didn't need replacing, which shows they aren't just doing extra work in order to charge more.
