- TMTammy marcumOct 5, 20265.0Matt at the Frankfort Versailles Rd location was awsome! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
- JCJohn ChanceySep 13, 20265.0I was traveling through on the interstate and got a screw in my tire. Pulled off the first exit I came to, and searched for tire shops on Google Maps. This was the closest place. I went to the location, and Matt was very helpful. Even though they could not patch my tire, they sold me a new tire and had me back on the road in about an hour, which was very fast considering the place was very busy and the waiting room was full when I walked in.
- MDMatt DrakeSep 12, 20265.0Great experience as always, today I had tires, brakes and rotors put on my 2019 Nissan frontier. Great easy experience all the way through and Matt was great with communication. We’ve gotten tires in the past for my wife’s minivan and I’ve also had our jeep tire patched here and every time they are excellent and really take great care of us! We won’t go anywhere else for auto services that these guys can handle! I appreciate the whole tire discounters of Frankfort KY team!!
- JTJessica TaylorSep 11, 20265.0Today, I unexpectedly ended up with both a Flat tire and a spare that really... was doing it's best. I gave Tire Discounters a call as soon as I was able to put the spare on and spoke with Matt! I told him what had happened, and he told me to come in and they would do whatever they could! I did not have a appointment, nor did I think this would be something that would be finished on the same day as me bringing it in. Yet, as soon as I arrived. Matt was sweet, came outside, talked me through what I would need done. He was a big help, and made sure I left knowing exactly what I was paying for! I was in and out the same day, a couple hours max to replace all tires and make sure everything was aligned, rotated, and ready to go! Thank you Tire Discounters(especially you, Matt) for helping me out. I really appreciate you all so much!
- IBIsabel BillingsSep 11, 20265.0I switched from the tire discounters in Lousiville because the service was lacking. As soon as I walked into the tire discounters in Frankfort, Matt was very welcoming and friendly and he has continued to provide the best service since I came here. I love coming in because I know Matt will always make it a good experience with quality service and a good price.
