  Customer service was immaculate - these guys have to deal with difficult people all day long but they keep their cool and do the best they can. I will be using this location again.

  The manager Mike took my call, explained the 4 wheel purchase package and got my tires delivered in store and installed same day. Warren was really helpful and respectful in store and informative on everything that was wrong and was fixed with my vehicle . No complaints

  We scheduled for 12 PM on a busy Saturday during Mother’s Day weekend. We were originally told that the oil change and alignment were included, but due to being short staffed from recent staffing changes, it sounded like the oil change might need to be issued as a voucher instead. Since we’re from the Chicago area, the voucher would not have been very useful for us because it expired within 90 days. We left the car there until closing time, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that everything was completed exactly as expected. We were very happy to come back home and revisit a trusted location with a great experience all around. Thank you again to everyone at the Ft. Wright location!

  ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!! I brought my vehicle to this location several times and each time my car got worse. I had screeching and grinding when i left and all I came in for was a battery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Anyone who has had a similar experiences where you don't feel like what they say they fixed, they fixed, or if you leave with noises you didn't have when you go there, I suggest bringing your vehicle to another location. Repairs come with a standard warranty that another location will honor. I would highly suggest talking to Mari (Mary) at 1446 East Galbraith location. She will take care of you

  I was ready to leave a low star review. I had a number of problems. Turns out, my fault. I feel dumb but I'm glad they were willing to work with me even though I made a bit of a stink. 10 minutes before their techs left and they still took a second to look at it. I appreciate it, didn't charge me the complete amount they estimated either, which was awesome. I have always had good service here in the past and I should've trusted the process. Also call them, I wouldn't use the online appointment scheduling it's a bit unreliable. All around reliably managed and their techs are good guys.
