  They won't answer questions over the phone, the tactic being if they get you in you will just agree to whatever. Doesn't work on me. Also they do not give you options, they want to pick for you and what they are picking is not the cheapest. After rejecting the first option they gave me a second that was around the same as pep boys but the ick was already there and so I drove the 8 or so miles on a leaking tire just to get away from them. Really unpleasant energy here.

  The people I dealt with at Tire Discouters in Ft. Wright were great!!! They were very understanding regarding my ability (or lack thereof) to purchase new tires. I've had to reschedule the appointment twice. They have been so understanding. Jemaine made the initial appointment (I had to cancel because of work). So nice to work with him. Khriss made the next appointment. Equally nice & understanding. They really care about the customers. I recommend this store to everyone who needs tires or repairs done on the car. I think you'll be pleased with the work & the customer service you get.

  I brought my truck in for an Oil Change without a reservation. They were able to get me in and out in two hours. Really happy with the effort and customer service.

  I went to Tire Discounters to get an estimate on when I would need tires. I called beforehand, and the gentleman on the phone told me to come right in. I wasn't expecting any work to be done since it was already 7:20pm and they closed at 8pm. To my surprise, after Jamaine looked at my car and spoke with Jessie, they still took my keys and replaced all four of my tires before closing. I was incredibly grateful for their willingness to help, especially so late in the evening. Both Jessie and Jamaine were understanding, considerate and so easy to talk to. They kept me company while my car was being worked on, and I truly felt like they cared about their customers rather than just getting the job done. I really appreciate Jessie and Jamaine for taking such great care of both me and my car. Their customer service went above and beyond, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this Tire Discounters location, and if you have the chance to work with Jessie and Jamaine, you're in great hands. Thank you both again for everything!

  Brought my newly purchased vehicle to Tire Discounters for inspection and concerns I had with a bald tire and brake issues. I spoke with Jamaine several times and he was always very helpful.
