- LGLois Gochoel2 days ago4.0I made a reservation for 10. I waited until noon, asked if there was a finishing time and told several were ahead of me. I took a Lyft home. At 3 I received a text telling me it was ready. Having an appointment did not give me a place in line. Had I been told to come back later or whatever may be a shorter wait, I wouldn’t have been thrilled but it would have been better to make arrangements and wasted less time. I understood how busy it was, but remembering that a ‘head’s up’ is always greatly appreciated in the future would allow me and others to make different arrangements to avoid such an inconvenience. The young man at the service desk was kind, dedicated and very well spoken. Much appreciated!

It must have been easily over 100 degrees in that shop but everyone was nice and working as fast as they could. Will definitely be back with any issues I have for any of my vehicles.

They replaced them for $200 less than the front tires I'd replaced at Firestone, I'm glad they didn't have 4 in stock that day! Seriously, Tire Discounters has made a customer for life, I will always come here first. I set an appointment, they communicated well during the process and got me out the door at a fair price. Five star service.

Thought having an appointment would help, showed up at 7:30am. Said would take about an hour and a half online. Don’t recommend unless you are dropping vehicle off and don’t need to do anything for the day.
