I received a quote from the representative, and today, I brought my truck in to get the service based on that quote. However, when I arrived, the manager was extremely rude. He refused to give me the price I was quoted yesterday and gave me a completely different price. When you get quotes from this location, make sure to ask for the name of the representative and have it in writing. I highly recommend avoiding this store.
- MWMatt WilesJul 21, 20265.0I stopped in to this TD location for the first time this morning. I normally go to the branch on Pavilion in Newport, but their alignment machine had problems last minute so they called the Southgate branch to see if they could take me in. They said yes, and then proceeded to knock out my alignment in less than an hour despite me not having an appointment. The alignment itself was done correctly (I do all of my own maintenance so I'm a stickler about all of this stuff), and I even saw the tech do a brief test drive of the car around the lot, which is a lot more post-work effort than I've seen a lot of places do. I've also had to show other branches where the front camber adjustment is on multiple occasions, so it was nice to finally have a job done that didn't require me to go out in to the service bay and point out how to do the work myself. Pretty sure I'll be migrating my alignment needs to Southgate after my experience this morning.
