    I hit a nail while traveling through the area and booked a same day appointment on a Saturday. The poor workers were so swamped, they didn't even get to eat the pizza brought in for them. Tonia took care of us and I could see why the lines were long; the service was excellent. Workers that honestly care about their customers are what makes lifelong customers.

    Tonia was AMAZING, I had a horrible experience at another tire discounter location with their general manager Michael Mekan. I came in to get my back left tire changed and when called me to let me know my car was ready I drove up and saw that they had replaced the wrong tire I let Carson know and he told me that they needed to redo it and that I had to change the tire brand I picked because they had to match which was okay. At 7:20 i went to pick up my car for the second time and Carson told me they rotated my tires (which I didn’t ask for) and that everything was good. I paid and left but when I got home I checked my tire on the back left and it was the same one with the hole in it. I called Carson back and we agreed I’d bring my car back for another time and that they would fix it. I get there and after talking with Michael he calls me a liar and that my tire pressure was never low even though I had a picture of what my tire was reading and it was a little flat. He tried to offer me an oil change which I don’t need. He started to raise his voice and eventually yell at me in front of my boyfriend. He said they grabbed a tire from the bin and put it on my tire to which he couldn’t even verify was actually my tire. I told him my boyfriend was on the phone with his dad and his girlfriend and they could hear him talking so condescending to me and yelling he replied that he didn’t care. After him yelling more in front of other people there and his technicians he said “I get to deal with “people like you” which everybody listening to conversation agreed to be racist remark. I wrote a letter to tire support and Tonia reached out the next day, a Saturday no less, and was horrified of what they had done and how they had treated me. She asked that if it’s convenient for me that I come up to her store and let her check my car to make sure everything is safe and I have my good tire back that the ft wrights location took. She verified my car was safe and back with its original tire and helped me very quickly. She is an excellent manager!

    Tonia and team were just WONDERFUL!!! Everyone was so polite and professional and very helpful. They really took care of me, which I appreciated since this was my first time at this particular location (Fort Thomas KY). I wish I lived closer just so I could make this my regular TD center. It’s worth the trip from Mason OH!!! I will recommend all of my friends and co-coworkers to stop in and see Miss Tonia and her team, they will take amazing care of you and your vehicle👍🏼😉

    I have been a tire discounters customer for 20 years. I recently had an experience at a location that was upsetting as I always take care of my vehicles. No matter what I did or said to the staff there is was the same old excuses. This lasted over several days. Long story short I was done and I was willing to go to extremes to get some satisfaction. Then luckily I meet Tonia. We talked on the phone several times about my issue and she said she would handle it. After a few days of conversations we finally met at her main location. I was totally surprised at the notes she had take during our pervious conversations. She and her staff got hands on with my problem and vehicle. In the end I was so impressed with their knowledge and investigation. The result was a truly satisfied customer who has committed to only having my vehicles serviced where Tonia is located. I was ready to walk for good but because of Tonia and staff that won't happen.They are truly commendable. Thanks to Tonia and team. Highly Highly recommend!!!

    Tonia, the GM (and the entire team) are absolutely incredible. I rolled into the shop after hitting a curb and Tonia went above and beyond in ensuring that I was taken care of. Knowing that I had to grab my kiddo from daycare, Tonia put a two man team on my car to get four new tires (I have an AWD) on my vehicle with alignment service. Tonia was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was squared away AND got me the best possible price. I highly recommend this shop.
