  Service center will either try to sell you are part you don't need or break something to charge you for it. First time here they said I needed a new $1k control arm based on a spot of oil. My mechanic confirmed it was fine. Second time they broke a brand new valve stem that worked completely fine for over a month but left me with a flat tire soon as I returned home. They were told not to rotate my tires but did anyway because this location has nothing but communication problems.. customer service will call you a liar to your face and the service manager will barely make things right. No apology for wasting your time or putting you in danger. A showroom car's alarm went off while waiting today and they couldn't find anyone to turn it off. When we first bought our van from them they installed a third break light (that they will want to charge you $1k for too btw, don't do it) and sent us on our way but it didn't even work.. we had to take it back to get it fixed. To be honest, its a clown show. I get good help is hard to find but if the service manager is telling you maybe the best solution is go to another Wyler location, then you know there are major problems from the top to the bottom. You don't go here unless you want problem after problem or if maybe you want to be called a liar for the first time in your life for something they broke..

  Customer service sucks! No one will pick up here and if you leave your name and number you will not get a call back. No one cares or has sense enough. I have tried multiple days at different times. Just utterly ridiculous. But maybe this is a sign to not bring my vehicle here because who wants continued frustration.

  I have been dealing with them for about 5 months with my car not wanting to start . I have a warranty with them and most of my parts have been cover . The first time I took it to them was for not wanting to start , which turns out was the starter . They told me it should be done in a few days . Well my person dealing with my car was Jt , he never once called me to tell me anything about my car. I had to call him multiple times to get updates on my car, even if he told you he would call you back , he wouldn’t . So by the end of the week I still didn’t hear nothing from them so I called them . They said the starter wouldn’t be here until the following week . Okay whatever I had to wait . Well turns out the part the order didn’t work so we had to wait almost 4 weeks for them to replace the starter in my car . Now I’m 3 months later and my car won’t start again . So we took it back to them this pass Wednesday . We called Wednesday to make sure they got the car and everything went fine with AAA because I had to get it towed there . They said they got the car and was going to look at it that day . Well it’s Friday didn’t hear nothing back yet so I called up there and the lady on the phone told me they couldn’t locate my car … couldn’t give me no information on my car because she couldn’t locate it . Still by the end of the day I don’t know if the located my car or not . If you have a warranty don’t come here to get it fixed . They don’t care about you’re time or that they have your car . They don’t care about calling you back to let you know anything or anything . And if you have Jt ask for someone else they treat you looked trash at t this place for using your warranty.
