  Professional well run dealership. Solid from start to finish. Great communication. Dealership was spotless inside and out. Good first impression. Service, never fun getting a vehicle serviced. My service experience was excellent. Thank you. Sales did politely check on me while I was walking around. Keep up the good work.

  They didn’t even try to fix the issue that concerned me the most, a loud clunking in the front end. I was told it couldn’t be checked because they couldn’t put it in 4-wheel drive on concrete or any type of pavement. Needless to say I called another dealership and told them that and they literally laughed and said it’s not true and the tech was an idiot. I have an appointment to take it to that dealership later this month, in the meantime I have a Jeep that I’m paying for and can’t drive. I would love to give negative stars but it’s not an option 🤷🏼‍♀️

  JT my service manager is always very helpful. I've worked with him on several services and always felt my best interest was his main objective, I bought my truck at jeff wyler and will buy my next one there as well. The service tech always complete the work on time and professionally. A company should be proud to have employees like the ones I have worked with! Keep up the good work everyone!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas! Ethan Hyrne was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect Jeep Cherokee. The entire process was smooth, easy, and much less stressful than I expected. Ethan made sure I was comfortable with every step and worked hard to make the experience a positive one.   I purchased my new Jeep this past weekend from Jeff Wyler of Fort Thomas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Clay and Ethan made the entire process easy and stress-free. I'd also like to thank Eric, Rob, and Tim in management for their support throughout the purchase. They truly value their customers and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
